In cases where services are suspended due to non-payment or violation of our terms of service, the client remains responsible for full payment of the contract. Reinstatement of services will be subject to additional fees.
If a client requests changes to their service plan, the terms and conditions of the new plan will apply. Any applicable fees or refunds will be calculated based on the effective date of the change.
We reserve the right to cancel services at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms of service. Clients will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
